Star actress Nicole Kidman is another celebrity that has come out and asked for all Americans to give Republican Presidential-elect Donald J. Trump a chance.
The Hollywood star didn’t claim to support Trump, but merely made the call as an appeal for people to unite and attempt to work together, rather than continually divide.
Kidman told BBC Two in a recent interview, that “I’m always reticent to start commenting politically; I’ve never done it in terms of America or Australia. I’m issue-based.”
“So I just say, he’s now elected, and we as a country need to support whosever the president because that’s what the country’s based on.”
“Whatever, however that happened, he’s there, and let’s go,” the dual citizenship holding actress said.
Many are arguing that this stance is taking more of a risk than others such as Meryl Streep.
By the way, I think this makes Nicole Kidman more brave than Meryl Streep. https://t.co/LVQZ14bjOL

Streep has recently made headlines for her comments about the Presidential-elect at a televised awards show on Sunday night when she accepted The Cecil B. DeMille Award.
And other users like Tamara Leigh praised the mother, saying:
