This week, BBC Midlands shared a video on Twitter that will restore your faith in the next generation. The clip features a 7-year-old girl named Anu confidently strolling through a schoolyard to show off her new prosthetic leg.
As Anu approaches her peers, a crowd of little girls and boys runs to greet her and admire her pink and black sports blade. What happens next will bless your heart:
Anu is seven and goes to school in Birmingham. Look what happened when she showed her friends her new sports blade. It's just gorgeous!?♀️ pic.twitter.com/Aa1UlnhlQy

Anu’s classmates receive her with hugs and joyful giggles, happy to have their playmate back.
The short video is a welcomed departure from a modern climate of political and social division. Sometimes children really are the best teachers.
