On October 6th, a meeting will take place to call on world leaders to help end the violence currently crippling the city. But it’s not adults appealing to a bureaucracy – it’s primary aged school children, both Muslim and Christian alike.

They’ll be adding signatures and fingerprints in an appeal to world leaders, but according to organizers: “Above all, they will pray. They will pray for all of their peers. And we trust in the fact that children’s prayer is more powerful than ours.”

A truce recently negotiated by The U.N., Russia, and the U.S. has already completely fallen apart as deadly airstrikes continued to rain down on Aleppo over the weekend, leaving an already pummeled city in further ruin.

Officials told Fox News that as many as 3,000 Iranian backed fighters have arrived in Syria to support Assad and his efforts to put down the uprising.

America’s policy of engaging in a proxy war against the Syrian regime and Russia by enabling Syrian rebels is beyond control. Frederic C. Hof referred to America’s Syria policy as “sad, pointless diplomacy of desperation and wishful thinking” in a powerful article in The Atlantic.

The children are planning on the corporate prayer to take place October 6th.
