98-year-old Bill Wheeler isn’t letting his age stop him from helping out his neighbors with Hurricane Matthew cleanup in Savannah, GA.

The retired military pilot has been driving his tractor around his Savannah neighborhood to do what he can to help everyone he can — and inspiring many of them along the way.

“Why do it? Because I love them and I think they love me. I could say a lot more but that’s it, they’re wonderful people, you just don’t know — I get choked up, great people,” he told WPVI-TV. “Everybody helps each other out, that’s it.”
