Sometimes everyday life pressures and struggles can seem overwhelming.

In Heidi Pratt’s latest Faithwire Vlog, the former “Hills” television star explains how she leans into her faith when she feels inundated with stress.

Pratt starts off the two minute video by saying, “Do you ever just have one of those days where it seems like the devil is after you from the beginning of the morning? I mean everything is going wrong, its like Murphy’s law.”

“Little things are getting at you and you are more agitated than normal. I feel like (there’s) an accumulation of that happening” right now. As the 30-year-old continues to talk, she shares some of her biggest life fears and worries like money, family, moving and other “big life events.”

For almost a year, Faithwire has documented the former U.K. Big Brother celebrity star’s hopes and fears like getting pregnant and how she became “possessed by her possessions” during one point in her life.

Last fall, Pratt spoke with Faithwire about letting go of her past and deep desire to be a mother. In the interview, she explained how her road to motherhood has been peppered with setbacks. Saying at one point that,”I had to pray to get my husband to even…agree to have a kid and so this whole journey over the last few years…I have had to do.”

It is clear that she and her husband of eight years, Spencer Pratt are now on the same page and both are radiating with excitement over the announcement, according to Us Weekly. In January of this year, Pratt told Faithwire that she was hoping to be the next “Hills” star to announce her pregnancy. Saying, “It seems like 2017 is the year to get pregnant, so first and foremost, a huge congratulations to my former co-stars, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, who are both expecting.” In the same video, the star also added in, “I think that pregnancy and children are one of the biggest blessings that God gives us in our life.”

In Pratt’s newest video blog, the former reality star references 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 as scripture she turns to during difficult times and big life events such as this. The first line of the verse, the young woman shares with viewers is,”Love is patient, love is kind.” Explaining that, “it starts off with patience” then adding in, “I think that we really need to harness that…especially when we feel the opposite and we are feeling frustrated and upset. Really, “its just important to take a moment and take a few breaths and say a prayer.”

Saying that, “Lord please help me with this peace because Jesus came to give us peace.” You know, “Peace is a very important thing. May the God of hope fill you all with joy and peace as you trust in him that you flow with hope the power of the holy spirit,” Pratt says before the video ends.

In the mother-to-be’s final statement she prays over women and asks them to do so as well when they feel like things are spinning out of control. She also adds in, “don’t let the devil rob you of your joy or peace today. Jesus (gave) a life so you don’t have to live in those circumstances but especially in this world and right now its a little crazy. So lets all take a moment and say a quick prayer.” Now, “have a beautiful and blessed day.”
