WATCH: Tebow Smacks Electrifying Game Winning Home Run

A bit of the hoopla surrounding Tim Tebow’s quest to play major league baseball has died down a bit, but he’s still on the grind playing Class A ball in Florida with the St. Lucie Mets.

So far he’s performing pretty well, with a .327 batting average in 10 games. Last night, in the bottom of the ninth and his team trailing by one run, Tebow stepped to the plate with a chance to win it:

He continues to provide highlights and show signs of promise as a future big leaguer. He’s obviously putting in the work even when the lights aren’t shining as brightly on him as they were when the announcement was originally made. Here he is talking about the home run and about his progress overall so far:

He may be 29, which is ancient for a baseball prospect, but God continues to use Tebow in incredible ways and it’s exciting to follow!
