“God is still moving.” That’s a sentiment that many Christians have long stated and embraced — and one that is often invoked in the midst of a chaotic and confused culture.

And acts of kindness and good deeds oft-times remind us that God — in addition to acting on his own accord — sometimes also chooses to make an impact through human beings.

Case-in-point: a Texas woman who is inspiring the masses after reportedly deciding to randomly pay for a stranger’s groceries.

According to a Facebook video from a woman named Anna Olivarez, the incredibly kind moment, which Olivarez called “the sweetest act of kindness,” recently unfolded when a man was having a hard time getting a gift card to work at the register.

“The customer in front of me was having trouble with his transaction, I believe his gift card wasn’t registering,” Olivarez explained. “It seemed he didn’t have another method of payment, so the last customer in our line swooped in and without any hesitation paid for the man’s basket full of groceries.”

Olivarez, who filmed the kind deed at a local Walmart, said that she was moved by what unfolded and thanked the woman, who responded, “We gotta help each other out.”

That woman, who appeared hesitant to be on camera, didn’t share her name, so Olivarez dubbed her, “the sweet San Antonio Angel.” Watch the video unfold below, which includes the kind woman and the man she bought groceries for embracing:

I witnessed the sweetest act of kindness! The customer in front of me was having trouble with his transaction, I believe his gift card wasn’t registering. It seemed he didn’t have another method of payment, so the last customer in our line swooped in and without any hesitation paid for the man’s basket full of groceries. I told her how sweet that was to witness and she said “we gotta help each other out”. She wouldn’t tell me her name so I said “I’ll call ya the sweet San Antonio Angel then!” Please share to remind others of the good people in the ?!
