A pro-life group is pushing back against abortion in a unique way this holiday season, with plans to organize Christmas caroling outside around 80 abortion clinics across America.
The Pro-Life Action League is organizing a slew of “Peace in the Womb” events, which the Chicago-based organization has reportedly put on in the months of December and January since 2003, The Christian Post reported.
Organizers say the effort relies on the Christmas story to try and change hearts and minds.
“We go out to abortion facilities to sing Christmas carols to confront the darkness and despair of abortion with the Christmas story of light and hope,” Eric J. Scheidler, executive director of the Pro-Life Action League, told the Post. “We’re there to share the angels’ message with abortion-bound mothers and their companions: Be not afraid.”
Scheidler added, “Mary and Joseph are just the sort of couple that Planned Parenthood would target for abortion.”
Planned Parenthood was mocked online recently when they tweeted about their Christmas parties and celebrations, with the irony completely lost on them that Christmas is about the birth of a baby – in what was obviously an unplanned pregnancy.

The Pro-Life Action League website has a listing of all of the caroling events that will be unfolding around the country, as participants pledge to bring the “Christmas message of peace and joy to the darkness of the abortion clinic.”
“Join other pro-lifers at abortion facilities across the country as we sing our favorite carols reminding abortion-bound mothers that the salvation of the world came through an unplanned pregnancy!” an official description reads.
