Ex-porn star Brittni De La Mora is now a devout Christian who underwent one of the most shocking spiritual transformations imaginable.

De La Mora, whose maiden name is Ruiz, has shared her story in recent years with major media outlets and with Christians across America, explaining how she went from working in smut to finding Jesus and marrying youth pastor Richard De La Mora.
“I went from a porn star to purity,” De La Mora said in a recent video uploaded to the YouTube page she shares with her husband. “I went from one extreme to the next.”
Both De La Mora and her husband, Rich, whom she met after finding her faith, proceeded to offer tips on how to stay pure amid a world of temptation, with the couple revealing that, despite De La Mora’s past, they waited until marriage to have sex.
“We wanted to have a clean testimony before the Lord,” Rich said. “We absolutely did that. We fought the good fight of faith and we did it and honored the Lord. It wasn’t easy.”
As for De La Mora, she offered up some profound words about what purity really means.
“Purity is not an external thing. Purity really is an internal thing,” she said. “It’s not the abstinence of sex that makes you pure. It’s the relationship and the right standing that you have with God that makes you pure.”

The couple also offered up some advice to encourage people to remain pure.
“Watch out with the things that you’re following,” Rich said, noting that he has chosen to unfollow certain accounts on social media. “There’s certain people that we follow that could lead us to a place of temptation.”
