Luckily, Kourtney Kardashian – the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan – has found the perfect way to escape the noise and find her center: meditating and reading the Bible.

Kardashian posted photos on her Instagram story Monday morning of herself meditating and reading a devotion with Bible verses, Refinery29 reported.
One photo showed a devotional book opened to a page with the following verses:
“A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice.” — Isaiah 42:3
”‘Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,’ says the Lord, who has compassion on you.” — Isaiah 54:10

Kardashian has been dealing with some public conflicts in recent weeks. On the latest episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” her younger sister, Kim Kardashian-West, accused her of not working as hard as the rest of the family.
In addition, the 39-year-old mother of three recently ended her two-year relationship with boyfriend, Younges Bendjima.
With the word of the Lord, prayer and self-care, Kardashian is clearly seeking to find peace and escape some of the drama that surrounds her highly publicized life.
