One very happy customer has posted her emotional review of Chik-Fil-A to Facebook, and it is absolutely brilliant.

“I don’t know what military base these people trained at,” she says at the start of the video. “You got two people outside the drive-thru to greet you with your food!!”

Carissa Cropper, a comedienne from Baton Rouge, has gone viral with her candid review – the video has been shared over 100k times and viewed.  “I was in the line 3.5 seconds that was to order, pay, and get my food,” she remarked, overwhelmed with the speedy service.

“They are in the military at Chick-fil-A,” she added. “Fries hot, I didn’t even check my bag; and if it’s a mistake then that’s what I was supposed to have.”

The Chick-fil-A connoisseur even offered up a comparative review of other fast-food chains. “I don’t understand why I go to Popeyes and I got to wait on hot chicken and all you sell is chicken,” she said. “McDonald’s don’t ever have anything working, and don’t get me started on Burger King.”

“Chick-fil-A be killing it,” Carissa continued. “It’s hot as hell out here but they smiling.”

And just when you thought she was done, the

“I’m emotional right now. These people, they are on it! Take care of your people and they will take care of you. I’m about to eat with gratification. I don’t even mind paying for that. Swipe my card, Chick-fil-A. Woooh, I got a tear!”

“Thank you, I approve this message.”

This is the greatest thing you will watch today, trust me!

Chick-fil-A has become well-known for endearing its customers to the point of abject loyalty and devotion, and there is no wonder why. Apart from the delicious food, or even the $61 million the company invests in its employees through the “Remarkable Futures” scholarship program, the restaurant chain has become well-known for taking good care of its customers.

Last month, a couple were allowed into a closed restaurant in San Antonio so that the woman could give birth to her baby daughter. When they arrived at the Chick-fil-A, the woman, Fallon Griffin, said she desperately needed to use the restroom, so a friendly restaurant employee allowed them entry into the already closed restaurant.

“I’m about to dial 911, I open the door and she’s just screaming,” Brenda Enriquez, the Chick-fil-A store director, said.

Robert rushed into the bathroom to see his wife standing over the toilet, with the baby’s head already crowning, and the dad quickly became ‘doctor.’

“Sweetie, we are gonna have to do this right here, right now,” Robert said to his wife while calling to the Chick-Fil-A manager, telling them to call 911 and to bring him towels.

“Maggie and I started delivering our baby,” Robert wrote on Facebook. “When she got to the shoulders, I realized the chord [sic] was wrapped around her neck TWICE.”

Robert added that he didn’t want to make his wife nervous, so he just told her to relax while he got the baby out.

“I was somehow able to unwrap the chord from the baby’s neck, ” he said, “with two more strong pushes, and using my shirt for a towel, out came Gracelyn Mae Violet Griffin.”

One thing is for sure – Chick-fil-A certainly knows how to go the extra mile.
