Rapper and entrepreneur Master P announced Monday he will pay for the funeral of 3-year-old Trinity Randolph, who was fatally shot alongside her 21-year-old father in Louisville, Kentucky, on Friday.

Trinity and her dad, Brandon Waddles, died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Jefferson County coroner’s office. So far, police have released no details about the shooting or information on potential suspects, the Associated Press reported.

Tyronn Howlett, the little girl’s grandfather, said his granddaughter was playing in her “Frozen” dollhouse at her home when she was shot.

Over the weekend, Master P — whose real name is Percy Miller — told the Louisville Courier Journal he will cover the costs of Trinity’s funeral.

“This [is] a 3-year-old innocent girl that’s gone from her family, from her future, somebody who could have come out of the community and be the next president, doctor, lawyer, teacher,” said Miller. “This is sad.”

Trinity’s great-grandmother, Valerie Randolph, described the killer as “a mean, cold, selfish-hearted person.”

One of the little girl’s aunts called her niece a “technology genius” who already knew how to make videos for TikTok and YouTube and could FaceTime her family members.

Trinity’s murder came just days after the gruesome killing of 5-year-old Cannon Hinnant, a North Carolina boy who was fatally shot by a neighbor as he rode his bicycle in the front yard.

Cannon’s father, Austin Hinnant, had invited suspected killer Darius Sessoms, 25, over for dinner the night before the shooting because he looked “like he had a lot on his mind.”
