Social media personality Charlie “Rocket” Jabaley travels the U.S. with his Dream Machine Foundation to perform and document kind gestures and good works — and some of his latest videos about a homeless man are going viral for all the right reasons.

Tony Rojas reportedly lived in a van with his wife for the past two years and struggled after losing employment during the COVID-19 pandemic, East Coast Radio reported.

But when Charlie met Rojas — a talented chef who had fallen on hard times — in a Walmart parking lot and learned about his circumstances, he decided to help Rojas realize his dreams.

“I just want to cook food for people,” Rojas said in a video shared on Charlie’s Instagram page, going on to express his desire to persist throughout his challenges. “I just don’t want to give up.”

Charlie and his team dug in and found some amazing ways to help Rojas. First, they took him food shopping and asked him to cook up one of his specialities: nacho tacos.

Then, Charlie and his team took Rojas to get his hair cut and to buy clothes — simple acts that had a big impact.

“I feel great,” Rojas said, smiling after getting a refreshed look. “I feel myself for the first time in a long time.”

But that was only the beginning of the story. Charlie upped the ante and surprised Rojas with a $40,000 food truck, allowing him to live out his culinary dreams.

“No way. Are you kidding?” Rojas said before breaking into tears. “Thank you for making me happy.”

Then, hundreds of people showed up to try Rojas’ delicious nacho tacos and to check out his new truck.

But Charlie saved the biggest surprise for last. In yet another video posted to social media he and his team gifted Rojas with a home.

“We all cried when Tony took off the blindfold and saw he was in his new home,” Charlie wrote on Instagram. “I just can’t describe how amazing it was to see that pain and struggle slip away from Tony and for him to smile again.”
