David and Jason Benham are famously known as the “Flip It Forward” brothers from HGTV but are also known for their faith in God. The brother’s HGTV show was canceled before it even aired because the brothers vocalized their beliefs against abortion and homosexuality.
Today, the brother’s took a stand against the two controversial topics again when they came out in support of the international “Sex-Ed Sit Out.”
Fed Up Parents Organize ‘Sex Ed Sit Out’ to Protest ‘Gender-Bending Propaganda’ Taught in Schools
Parents across the world are pulling their children out of school today to protest the vulgar Sex Ed programs that are being implemented in school systems internationally. From the United Kingdom to Australia to the United States, parents are calling for schools to tone down their Sex Ed programs.
The curriculum includes explicit depictions of sex while promoting same-sex relations along with pro-abortion stances.
Some schools are deeming the Sex Ed classes as mandatory, and have told parents they cannot excuse their children from them.
Ronald Wenkart, the Orange County Department of Education general counsel, told parents they could not remove their kids from the classes. If they had a problem with what was being taught, which included abortion and homosexuality, they could talk to their kids outside of school on their own time.
California School District Says Parents Can’t Opt Children Out of Controversial Sex Ed Courses
The Benham brothers, who live in North Carolina, are outraged at the curiculum they want to push in public schools. In North Carolina, students are being taught, “‘a sex-positive view of BDSM’ (uh, that means bondage, dominance, sadomasochism, in case you were wondering) and the mechanics of anal and oral sex, how to masturbate and to question your gender,” they wrote. “Have we really gotten to this point, America? Teaching a sex-positive view of BDSM?! To our kids?!”
The Benham brothers also point out that the school system is acting like a bully, forcing students to listen to their opinions on social issues.
“The only bullies here are the teachers, administrators and undisclosed organizers (Planned Parenthood, NARAL, [the Human Rights Campaign]) forcing their agenda on the minds of our children,” they continued. “And you can guarantee students who choose to sit out will get some sort of ‘civilized bullying’ in the form of pressure or persecution from the teachers and administrators who are drinking the sexual revolution’s Kool-Aid.”
“Radical abortion and homosexual activists are pushing ‘perversion’ on the ‘developing hearts and minds of our next generation,’” David and Jason wrote.
“At some point, we all have to say enough and stand in the gap to speak up,” the Benham brothers urged. “We must utilize every ounce of our influence to stand against this type of moral perversion. How many children need to be deceptively stimulated by these teachings and then hooked into a lifestyle of sexual bondage for the rest of their lives before we speak up?”
“We’re telling you: If people don’t speak up now, our kids will suffer greatly,” they warned. “Pastors, teachers, business owners, moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas – stand up and speak! Sex is a gift from God and is meant to be enjoyed in the safety of marriage. This is the only truth that will protect and preserve family, the building block of society.”
