Christian-pop crossover artist Lauren Daigle performed her song “Still Rolling Stones” earlier this week on NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”

In a Billboard writeup of her Monday night performance, the singer was praised for “alternating effortlessly from a whisper to a belt” as her voice “soared” above the soulful melody and backup singers.

“Still Rolling Stones” is a song off Daigle’s latest Grammy-winning album, “Look Up Child.” The single from that album — “You Say” — recently broke the record for the most weeks as the No. 1 song on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart.

Responding to the success of the song and the album as a whole, Daigle said she drew a lot of inspiration from the popular Hillsong anthem “Oceans.”

“I really pondered the journey of the song ‘Oceans,’ and I remember seeing the impact that song made on so many people. It was just so beautiful to me,” she told Billboard. “I hoped that I could be a part of something that shakes the earth like that song. I didn’t know that would ever happen, and I had no idea that ‘You Say’ would be something that would parallel the life of ‘Oceans.’”

Daigle is showing no signs of slowing down. She will head out on her first-ever world tour next year, traveling to 44 cities, beginning in Melbourne, Australia, Jan. 18, and ending in her hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana.
